i was thinking, even if there was definite evidence that jesus died for us, is it really worth billions of people thanking him for an hour every week? think of how many died in WW2, we only spend a minute a year remembering them

Eternal salvation is better than a partial peace. WW2 only happened because WW1 was never properly solved and WW1 was a completely pointless war.

say theres evidence: he didn't set out to destroy all corruption from humanity, that's impossible. his task was to reunite the people with god, so that they could be forgiven for their sins once again and could have eternal salvation for their souls. He may not have stopped the wars but because of him a majority of those soldiers will get the chance to go to heaven. (if theres evidence ;D )
